Forestry Office
The DNR Forestry Office provides information and assistance to encourage
proper care and management of trees and forest. The local forester may
also be available for media or public appearances, which will promote
a greater awareness of the importance of trees and forests. Contact the
DNR forestry office for more information on:
- Forest Management Planning
- Tax Incentive Programs
- Federal Cost-Sharing Programs
- Tree Planting and Tree Care
- Selling and Harvesting Timber
- Managing forests for wildlife, watershed protection or aesthetic appearance

Conservation Warden Office
Provides information on the following topics to encourage better understanding
of laws and regulations which protect the natural resources of Wisconsin:
fishing, hunting, and trapping licenses and regulations; boat, snowmobile,
and ATV registration and operation; mandatory safety courses; hunter's,
snowmobile, ATV, and boat safety.
Accepts complaints and investigates violations of natural resource laws
pertaining to wildlife, water, lands, and air of the state. Promotes safety
and wise use of natural resources through the media, public appearances
and field contacts. Enforces all Natural Resources Laws and Regulations.
